Costs. Unless the arbitrators decide otherwise, the Parties shall share equally the costs or fees associated with retaining any arbitrators or mediators pursuant to this Section 11.6, and the Parties shall otherwise bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement).
