Costs. Each Party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and disbursements arising out of the arbitration, and shall pay an equal share of the fees and costs of the arbitrators.

Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses and attorneys' fees and an equal share of the arbitrators' fees and any administrative fees of arbitration. The arbitrators shall have no authority to award incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits) or punitive damages.

Each Party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, and the Parties shall equally bear the fees, costs, and expenses of the arbitrators and the arbitration proceedings, including costs and expenses of translators for the arbitration proceedings; provided, however, that the arbitrators may exercise discretion to award arbitration costs and translation costs, excluding attorney’s fees, to the prevailing Party.

The Parties will share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrators and bear their own attorneys’ fees and associated costs and expenses.

Subject to [Section 6.03(c)(ii)(B)], each party shall bear its own fees, costs and expenses and shall bear an equal share of the costs and expenses of the arbitration, including the fees, costs and expenses of the three (3) arbitrators; provided that the arbitral tribunal may award the prevailing party its reasonable fees and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), if it finds that there was no good-faith basis for the position taken by the other party in the arbitration.

Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) relating to the arbitration proceeding, except that the fees of the Arbitrators and other related costs of the arbitration shall be shared equally by the Parties, unless the Arbitrators determine that a Party has incurred unreasonable expenses due to vexatious or bad faith positions taken by the other Party, in which event the Arbitrators may make an award of all or any portion of such expenses (including legal fees and expenses) so incurred.

Each party shall pay its own expenses in connection with the resolution of Disputes, including attorneys’ fees, unless determined otherwise by the Arbitrator.

Each party shall pay its own costs for the arbitration including, but not limited to, arbitrator or adjudication fees (arbitrator fees to be split equally between the parties), attorneys' fees, witnesses' fees, transcripts and other expenses. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs where authorized by contract or statute.

Each party shall bear its own expenses and attorney’s fees in connection with the arbitration. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator(s) shall be equally shared except that if, in the opinion of the arbitrators, any claim by a party hereto or any defense or objection thereto by the other party was unreasonable and frivolous, the arbitrators may in their discretion assess as part of the award all or any part of the arbitration expenses of the other party (including reasonable attorney’s fees) and expenses of the arbitrators against the party raising such unreasonable and frivolous claim, defense or objection.

In the event of arbitration relating to this Agreement, each party shall be solely responsible for paying its own costs incurred in connection with such arbitration, including, but not limited to, its own attorneys’ fees and/or its own witnesses’ fees. The arbitrator may award fees and costs (including attorneys’ fees) to the prevailing party where authorized by applicable law.

Costs. Unless the arbitrators decide otherwise, the Parties shall share equally the costs or fees associated with retaining any arbitrators or mediators pursuant to this Section 11.6, and the Parties shall otherwise bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement).
