Costs and Construction Management Fee. The [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvement Allowance shall be used only for the payment of costs relating to the construction of the [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvements (including # the cost of preparing the [[Organization B:Organization]] Phase 1 Working Drawings and the [[Organization B:Organization]] Phase 2 Working Drawings and # payment of a construction management fee payable to [[Organization A:Organization]]’s construction manager in the amount of two percent (2%) of the total cost of the [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvements eligible for payment from the [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvement Allowance), which costs [[Organization A:Organization]] shall pay directly out of the [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvement Allowance, for the credit of [[Organization B:Organization]], and in no event shall any part of the [[Organization B:Organization]] Improvement Allowance be paid to or payable to [[Organization B:Organization]], except for the portion that is allocable to the purchase by [[Organization B:Organization]] of FF&E as set forth below.

Management Fee. In consideration for ​’s managing the design, permitting, and construction of the Improvements, the Total Development Costs (as defined in Exhibit J to the Lease) shall include a management fee as provided in Exhibit J to the Lease.

Management Fee. Manager shall earn a management fee for its services as manager under this Agreement in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per month (the “Management Fee”). The Management Fee shall be paid monthly to Manager in immediately available funds in the Deposit Account.

Management Fee. As compensation for the Management Services provided by Manager to Provider pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider shall pay Manager a management fee (the “Management Fee”) in an amount equal to the sum of:

Management Fee. As compensation for providing the Company with the services, the Company will pay to the Manager a monthly management fee (the “Management Fee”) comprised of both # hours worked by the Manager’s employees at the rates contained on Exhibit A, and # 50% of the increase in gross margin on completed business for the month, compared to the prior month; provided, however, that the minimum monthly Management Fee will be $40,000 and the maximum will be $150,000. The Management Fee will be accrued and applied as set forth in Paragraph 3.

Landlord’s construction management fee of four percent (4%) of the total costs of the Tenant Improvements.

A development and construction management fee equal to three percent (3.0%) of the costs identified in subsections a - f above.

Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person in connection with originating, making or investing in any Investments or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, development fee, construction fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be development fees and construction fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

Collateral Management and Agency Fee. Section A.2. of the Administrative Agent Fee Letter is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following inserted in lieu thereof:
