Final allocations are subject to adjustments for risk performance. Establishment of the pool is not a guarantee that Awards will be paid to Participants nor does it guarantee the amount of any Award payable to Participants. Since Awards under the Plan are discretionary, lines of business may pay out all or a portion of their allocated pools, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Performance shall be evaluated as soon as practicable following completion of the Plan Year by the Participant’s business unit manager and/or any other manager responsible for reviewing incentive recommendations in the Participant’s business unit.
