For Class 1 Errors, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall provide a Correction or workaround reasonable in [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s judgment within the Repair Period after [[Bank of America:Organization]] reports the Error, or within four (4) hours after [[Bank of America:Organization]] first reports the Error if no other Repair Period is specified. These steps shall include assigning fully-qualified technicians to work with [[Bank of America:Organization]] without interruption or additional charge, twenty-four (24) hours per day, until [[Organization A:Organization]] provides a Correction or workaround reasonable in [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s judgment.

For Class 2 Errors, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall take reasonable steps to provide a Correction or a workaround reasonable in [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s judgment by the opening of business on the second Business Day after [[Bank of America:Organization]] reports the Error. These steps shall include assigning fully-qualified

#[[Organization A:Organization]] shall make reasonable efforts to respond within two (2) hours to [[Bank of America:Organization]]’s initial request for assistance in correcting or creating a workaround for an Error. [[Organization A:Organization]]’s response shall include assigning fully-qualified technicians to work with [[Bank of America:Organization]] to diagnose and correct or create a workaround for the Error and notifying the [[Bank of America:Organization]] Representative making the initial request for assistance of [[Organization A:Organization]]’s efforts, plans for resolution of the Error, and estimated time required to resolve the Error. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall correct Errors caused by the Object Code by modifying Source Code and distributing the modified Software to [[Bank of America:Organization]] on the schedule called for in this Section.
