Corporate Phone Plan. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in a corporate phone plan, subsidized entirely by the Company. The phone plan will cover the costs of an iPhone (or similar Smartphone device) for the Executive’s sole use and business needs.

During the Employee's employment with the Company, the Employee shall be entitled to a cellular phone and a laptop computer, all expenses related to use and maintenance of the laptop and phone shall be paid by the Company; provided however, that any personal usage of the cellular phone by the Employee shall be done reasonably and in accordance with the Company's policy.

Cell Phone. The Company will provide a cell phone to you at no cost for business use, or you may choose to receive a cell phone stipend of $50 per bi-weekly pay period.
