Each Borrowing (other than conversions and continuations of Loans that do not result in an increase in the Revolving Credit Exposure) and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in the preceding sentence.

Each Borrowing (but not a continuation or conversion thereof) and each issuance, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in the preceding sentence.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrowers on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit (other than an amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit without any increase in the stated amount of such Letter of Credit) made by the Borrower shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date of such Borrowing, issuance, amendment or extension, as applicable, as to the matters specified in paragraphs [(b) and (c) of this Section 4.02].

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in [subsections (a), (b) and (c)])])] of this Section.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of this Section.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in [subsections (a), (b), (c) and (e)])])])] of this Section.

Each Borrowing and each issuance or amendment increasing the amount of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in clauses (a) and (b) of the preceding sentence.

Each Borrowing and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrowers on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) and (d) of this Section.
