“Term Loan Borrowing” means the incurrence of Term Loans consisting of one Type by the Borrower from all of the Term Loan Lenders having Term Loan Commitments in respect thereof on a pro rata basis on a given date (or resulting from Conversions or Continuations on a given date) in the same currency, having in the case of any Eurodollar Loan the same Interest Period.
“Term Borrowing” means a borrowing of the same Type of Term Loan of a single Tranche from all the Lenders having Term Commitments of the respective Tranche on a given date (or resulting from a conversion or conversions on such date) having in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, the same Interest Period.
“Term Borrowing” means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
“Borrowing” means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Class and Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders of such Class pursuant to this Agreement.
“Term Loan Borrowing” means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Term SOFR Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Facility Lenders pursuant to any Incremental Term Facility.
