Subject to the provisions of [clause (d) of this Section 2.7] and the provisions of [Section 2.14], Borrower shall have the option to # convert all or any portion of the outstanding Base Rate Loans equal to $500,000, and integral multiples of $100,000 in excess of such amount, to a SOFR Loan, and # convert all or any portion of the outstanding SOFR Loans equal to $500,000 and integral multiples of $100,000 in excess of such amount, to a Base Rate Loan.

Rate Designation. Borrower shall designate each Loan as a SOFR Loan or a Base Rate Loan in the Request for Borrowing or Request for Conversion/Continuation given to Agent in accordance with Section 2.6 or Section 2.7, as applicable. Each Base Rate Loan under the Revolving Credit Facility shall be in a minimum principal amount of $500,000 and, thereafter, in integral multiples of $100,000, unless such Advance is being made to pay any interest, fees, or expenses then due hereunder, in which case such Advance may be in the amount of such interest, fees, or expenses, and each SOFR Loan under the Revolving Credit Facility shall be in a minimum principal amount of $500,000 and, thereafter, in integral multiples of $100,000.

After giving effect to any prepayment or conversion, the aggregate principal amount of SOFR Loans must be at least $5,000,000 and an integral multiple of $100,000. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Borrower may not request the conversion of, and Administrative Agent and the Lenders will not be required to convert, any SOFR Loan into a Base Rate Loan unless, subject to and as more particularly described in [Section 8, SOFR] is unavailable or unlawful.
