Notice. Any notice or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be given in writing and shall be deemed given, effective, and received upon prepaid delivery in person or by courier or upon the earlier of delivery or the third business day after deposit in the United States mail if sent by certified mail, with postage and fees prepaid, addressed to the other Party at its address as shown beneath its signature in this Agreement, or to such other address as such Party may designate in writing from time to time by notice to the other Party.

Notices. Any notice to be given under this Agreement must be in writing and delivered either in person, by Express or certified mail (return receipt requested) (in each case postage prepaid), or by an internationally recognized express courier, or by facsimile with confirmed transmission, to the Party to be notified at its address(es) given below, or at any address such Party has previously designated by prior written notice to the other. Notice will be deemed sufficiently given for all purposes upon the earliest of: # the date of actual receipt; # if mailed, ​ days after the date of postmark; or # if delivered by express courier, ​.
