Notice. Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Plan shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by United States Post Office, by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the other party. In the case of the Company, mailed notices shall be addressed to its corporate headquarters and directed to the attention of the General Counsel (and in the case of any communication from the General Counsel to the Company, the General Counsel will direct it to the Chief Executive Officer). In the case of any Participant, mailed notices shall be addressed to the Participant at the Participant’s home address that the Company has on file for the Participant.

In the case of the Company, mailed notices shall be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices shall be directed to the attention of its Secretary.

All notices and other communications required or permitted to be given under the Plan shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally or mailed first class, postage prepaid, as follows # if to the Company at the principal business address of the Company to the attention of the Corporate Secretary of the Company; and # if to any Participant at the last address of the Participant on file with (or in the business records of) the Company or as otherwise known to the sender at the time the notice or other communication is sent.

For the purpose of the Plan, notices and all other communications provided for in the Plan shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when actually delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company’s General Counsel at the Company’s corporate headquarters address, and to the Eligible Employee (at the last address of the Eligible Employee on the Company’s books and records).

In the case of Employee, mailed notices will be addressed to him or her at the home address which he or she most recently communicated to the Company in writing. In the case of the Company, mailed notices will be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices will be directed to the attention of its President.

Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid. In the case of the Employee, mailed notices shall be addressed to the Employee at the home address that the Employee most recently communicated to the Company in writing. In the case of the Company, mailed notices shall be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices shall be directed to the attention of its Chief Executive Officer or principal human resources person.

Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid or when sent by express U.S. mail or overnight delivery through a national delivery service (or an international delivery service in the case of an address outside the U.S.) with signature required. Notice to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the General Counsel of the Company at the address of the Company’s headquarters, and notice to the Executive shall be directed to the Executive at the Executive’s most recent personal residence on file with the Company.
