This Agreement shall be controlled, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles that would require the application of any other law.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Agreement is made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Section # Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW WHICH COULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF MARYLAND.

GOVERNING LAW. The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without resort to that state's conflict-of-laws rules or principles.

The laws of the State of Maryland shall govern the interpretation, validity and performance of the terms of this Agreement regardless of the law that might be applied under principles of conflicts of laws.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to conflict of laws principles, and Executive consents to exclusive personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of the State of Maryland for any proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The language of all parts of the Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any of the Parties.

CONSTRUCTION. The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of laws provisions. The Parties hereby irrevocably submit to and acknowledge and recognize the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maryland, or if appropriate, a federal court located in the State of Maryland (which courts, for purposes of this Agreement, are the only courts of competent jurisdiction), over any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of, under or in connection with this Agreement or the subject matter hereof.
