Section # Controlling Law. The provisions of this Plan shall be governed, construed and administered in accordance with ERISA. To the extent that ERISA does not apply, the laws of the State of Illinois shall be controlling, other than Illinois law concerning conflicts of law.

Section # Controlling Law, Venue. The provisions of this Plan shall be governed, construed and administered in accordance with ERISA. To the extent that ERISA does not apply, the Plan shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any court action must be brought in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where the Plan is administered.

8.6Controlling Law. The law of Illinois, except its law with respect to choice of law, shall be controlling in all matters relating to the Plan to the extent not preempted by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”).
