“CFC” means # each Person that is a “controlled foreign corporation” for purposes of the Code and # each subsidiary of any such controlled foreign corporation.

“CFC” means # each Person that is a “controlled“controlled foreign corporation” for purposescorporation” as defined in Section 957(a) of the Code and # each subsidiarySubsidiary of any such controlled foreign corporation.
