Control Agreements. Notwithstanding the generality of Section 5.9(a) below, the Credit Parties shall deliver to the Lenders as soon as is practicable but in no event later than 30 days after the Effective Date fully executed control agreement(s) covering each of the deposit accounts of the Credit Parties listed on [Schedule 4.21] hereof.

Except to the extent otherwise excused by [Section 7(k)(iv)], each Grantor shall obtain an authenticated Control Agreement (which may include a Controlled Account Agreement), from each bank maintaining a Deposit Account or Securities Account for such Grantor;

Control Agreements. No later than forty‑five (45) days after the Closing Date, the Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to the Administrative Agent an executed Control Agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, for each Deposit Account and each Securities Account maintained by a Credit Party; provided that the Borrower shall not be required to deliver a Control Agreement with respect to any Deposit Account or Securities Account if it would not be required to deliver a Control Agreement pursuant to [Section 5.21(d)] hereof.
