In accordance with the Company’s administrative procedures, any Eligible Employee may make one or more Rollover Contributions to the Plan. An Eligible Employee who makes a Rollover Contribution at a time when he or she is not a Member for other purposes shall become a Restricted Member. A Rollover Contribution shall be permitted only if it meets all of the following conditions:

4.8Rollover Contributions. Any Employee who is eligible to participate in the Company’s administrative procedures, any Eligible EmployeePlan may make one or more Rollover Contributions to his Rollover Account in the Plan. An Eligible Employee who makesIn order to make a Rollover Contribution atContribution, the Employee must comply with such procedures, and furnish the Committee with such information, as the Committee may deem necessary or appropriate. If a time when he or shecontribution is accepted into an Employee’s Rollover Account, and it is later determined that the contribution was not a Member for other purposes shall becomevalid Rollover Contribution, such contributions (plus earnings thereon) will be distributed to the Employee within a Restricted Member. A Rollover Contribution shall be permitted only if it meets all of the following conditions:reasonable time after such determination.

An Employee (while living) shall also have the Company’s administrative procedures, any Eligible Employee may make one or more Rollover Contributions to the Plan. An Eligible Employee who makesstatus of a Rollover Contribution at a time whenRestricted Member if he or she is not a Member for otherall purposes shall becomeof the Plan but has made a Restricted Member. A Rollover Contribution shall be permitted only if it meets all of the following conditions:and such Contribution has not been fully distributed.
