Termination of Relationship. If Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider (other than by reason of Optionees death or Disability), Optionee may exercise this Option during the three (3) month period immediately following the date Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider to the extent the Option was vested on such date (and in no event later than the expiration date of the term of this Option as set forth in the Grant Notice). To the extent that Optionee does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.
Disability of Optionee. If Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as a result of his or her Disability, Optionee may exercise the Option to the extent the Option is vested on the date of exercise, but only within twelve (12) months from the date Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider (and in no event later than the expiration date of the term of this Option as set forth in the Grant Notice). To the extent that Optionee does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.

To the extent that the Option is not exercised within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.
Termination of Relationship as a Service Provider. If an Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider, such Optionee may exercise his or her Option within thirty (30) days of termination, or such longer period of time as specified in the Option Agreement, to the extent that the Option is vested on the date of termination (but in no event later than the expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in the Option Agreement, and in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, in no event later than the earlier of three (3) months after the date of termination and the expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in the Option Agreement). If, on the date of termination, the Optionee is not vested as to his or her entire Option, the Shares covered by the unvested portion of the Option shall revert to the Plan. If, after termination, the Optionee does not exercise his or her Option within the time specified by the Administrator, the Option shall terminate, and the Shares covered by such Option shall revert to the Plan.
Termination of Relationship as a Service Provider. If a Holder ceases to be a Service Provider other than by reason of the Holders Disability or death, such Holder may exercise his or her Option within such period of time as is specified in the Option Agreement to the extent that the Option is vested on the date of termination; provided, however, that, prior to the Public Trading Date, to the extent required by Applicable Law, such period of time shall not be less than thirty (30) days (but in no event later than the expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in the Option Agreement). In the absence of a specified time in the Option Agreement, the Option shall remain exercisable for three (3) months following the Holders termination. If, on the date of termination, the Holder is not vested as to his or her entire Option, the Shares covered by the unvested portion of the Option immediately cease to be issuable under the Option and shall again become available for issuance under the Plan. If, after termination, the Holder does not exercise his or her Option within the time period specified, herein, the Option shall terminate, and the Shares covered by such Option shall again become available for issuance under the Plan.

If an Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as a result of the Optionees Disability, the Optionee may exercise his or her Option within six (6) months of termination, or such longer period of time as specified in the Option Agreement, to the extent the Option is vested on the date of termination (but in no event later than the expiration of the term of such Option as set forth in the Option Agreement, and in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, in no event later than the earlier of one (1) year after the date of Termination and the expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in the Option Agreement). If, on the date of termination, the Optionee is not vested as to his or her entire Option, the Shares covered by the unvested portion of the Option shall revert to the Plan.
