At-Will Relationship. Employee’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without Cause or advance notice.

At-Will Employment. The Company and Employee agree that Employee’s employment with the Company is “at-will,” meaning that Employee may terminate their employment at any time for any reason or no reason, and that Company may terminate Employee’s employment at any time for any reason or no reason, subject to the terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.

At-Will Employment. At-Will Employment. Your employment with Company will be “at-will.” This means that either you or Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without Cause, and with or without advance notice.

At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company is at-will. Employment at- will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by you or the Company. Nothing in this letter or in any document or statement shall limit your right or the Company’s right to terminate your employment at-will. Only the Board has the authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period or to make an agreement for employment other than at-will and then only in writing.

At-Will Employment. Executive’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.

At-Will Employment Relationship. Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will and not for any specified period and may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice, by either Executive or the Company. Any change to the at-will employment relationship must be by specific, written agreement signed by Executive and an authorized representative of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or should be construed to contradict, modify or alter this at-will relationship.

Your employment is “at-will,” which means that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason or for no reason. This at-will relationship may not be modified by any oral or implied agreement.
