Continuing Obligations contract clause examples

Continuing Obligations. Employee shall remain bound by, and agrees to comply with, any other obligations that survive an employment termination as set forth in any other agreement or employee policy to which he became subject during and in connection with his employment with the Company. For the purposes of Employee’s continuing obligations set forth herein and as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, “Company” shall be defined as broadly as possible to include, without limitation, any affiliates and related entities of the Company.

Continuing Obligations. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to affect or relieve the Employee from any continuing obligations contained in the Employment Agreement or other policies of the Company to which the Employee is subject during and, as applicable, following his employment with the Company and the Employee agrees to comply with such ongoing obligations in accordance with their terms.
