Continuing Obligations. Employee understands and agrees that Employee’s obligations under Sections 5 and 6 herein (including [Exhibit A]) shall survive the termination of Employee’s employment for any reason and the termination of this Agreement.

Continuing Obligations. Employee understands and agrees that Employee’s obligations under Sections 5 and 66] herein (including [Exhibit A]) shall survive the termination of Employee’s employment for any reason and the termination of this Agreement.

Continuing Obligations of Employee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, termination of this Agreement or Employee's employment hereunder, for whatsoever reason or for no reason at all, by Employee or otherwise, shall not be deemed in any way to affect Employee's obligations under Paragraphs 6 and 7 of this Agreement, with respect to which he shall remain bound.
