Continuing Effect; Conflicts. All of the terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, as the Lease is amended by this Amendment. If any provision of this Amendment conflicts with the Lease, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.

Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Lease is unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. If a conflict between this Amendment and the Lease exists, the terms of this Amendment shall control.

Confirmation. Except, as and to the extent modified by this Amendment, all provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this Amendment, the terms in this Amendment shall control.

Except as specifically amended hereby, the Lease shall remain unchanged and shall be in full force and effect, enforceable in accordance with its terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Lease and the provisions of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and control.

Continuation of the Lease. Except as expressly amended hereby, the terms and conditions of the Existing Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. In the event any provision of this Amendment conflicts with the Existing Lease, this Amendment shall control. All references in the Existing Lease to "this Lease" shall be deemed reference to the Existing Lease as amended by this Amendment.

Effect. Except as amended by this Amendment, all of the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions, and agreements of the Original Lease remain in full force and effect. The provisions of this Amendment supersede and control over any conflicting provisions in the Original Lease.

Conflicts. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Lease and the terms and conditions of this Amendment, the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment shall control and shall be deemed to supersede the printed terms of the Lease. Whether or not specifically amended by this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease are hereby amended to the extent necessary to give effect to the purpose and intent of this Amendment.

Confirmation. Except, as and to the extent modified by this First Amendment, all provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this First Amendment, the terms in this First Amendment shall control.

Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except as modified by this Amendment, all the terms, conditions, agreements, covenants, representations, warranties and indemnities contained in the Lease remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the terms and conditions of the Lease, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
