Continuing Obligations. Regardless of the reason for termination, the parties’ respective obligations under [Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12] hereof shall survive any termination of this Agreement and be binding on the parties.

Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Agreement, the provisions of [Sections 8, 10, and 12 through 19]9]9] hereof shall survive and remain in full force and effect, as shall any other provision hereof that, by its terms or reasonable interpretation thereof, sets forth obligations that extend beyond the termination of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the parties obligations under Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of this Agreement shall survive any such termination and continue in full force and effect for the periods set forth therein.
