Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Except as expressly amended pursuant hereto, the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.

The Credit Agreement, as modified herein, shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

No Other Changes. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment No. 3, the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

The Credit Agreement and the Notes, as specifically amended by this Amendment, are and shall continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.

Except as expressly amended hereby, the provisions of the Loan Documents are and shall continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.

The Credit Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Ratification. The Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, is hereby ratified and remains in full force and effect.

Section # Ratification, etc. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents and all documents, instruments and agreements related thereto are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect. This Amendment and the Credit Agreement shall hereafter be read and construed together as a single document, and all references in the Credit Agreement, any other Loan Document or any agreement or instrument related to the Credit Agreement shall hereafter refer to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
