Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Except as herein agreed, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and affirmed by the Loan Parties.

SECTION # RATIFICATIONS. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect.
Except as specifically amended or waived by this Amendment and Waiver, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that this Amendment and Waiver shall constitute a Loan Document.

The Credit Agreement, as hereby amended, and all rights and powers created thereby or thereunder and under the other Loan Documents are in all respects ratified and confirmed and remain in full force and effect.
