Other Breaches of the Loan Documents. The breach by the Borrower or any other Loan Party (other than a breach which constitutes an Event of Default under [clauses (a), (b) or (c) of this Article VII]) of any term or provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document which is not remedied within 30 days after the earlier to occur of # receipt by the Borrower of written notice of such breach from the Administrative Agent and # an Authorized Officer obtains Knowledge thereof;

The breach by any Borrower (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another Section of this [Article VII]) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within 30 days after written notice thereof has been given to the Company by the Administrative Agent at the request of any Lender.

The breach by the Company or any other Borrower, as applicable (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under [Section 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3]3]), of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty days after written notice from the Agent or any Lender.

The breach by the Borrower (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another Section of this Article 7) of any of the terms or provisions of [Section 6.9 or 6.14]4] which is not remedied within five (5) days after written notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

The breach by the Company or any other Borrower, as applicable (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under Section 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3), of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty days after written notice from the Agent or any Lender.

Section # The breach by the Borrower (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under [Section 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3]3]3]), of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty days after written notice from the Agent or any Lender.

Covenant Breaches. Any Loan Party shall # fail to perform or observe any covenant contained in Sections 5.01 (with respect to the existence of the Borrower) and 5.07(a) and Article VI or # fail to perform or observe any other term or covenant set forth in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document which is not covered by [clause (i) above] or any other provision of this Section 7.01 if such failure shall remain unremedied for 30 days after the earlier to occur of any Loan Party obtaining knowledge thereof or receiving notice thereof from the Administrative Agent (including at the request of any Lenderthe Majority [[Organization B:Organization]]);

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those which constitute a default under another Section of this Article VII) or any other Loan Document, and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days after the earlier of any Loan Party’s knowledge of such breach or notice thereof from the Administrative Agent (which notice will be given at the request of any Lender);

Other Defaults. The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to perform or observe any other covenant or agreement (not specified in [Sections 8.01(a) or 8.01(b)] above) contained in any Loan Document on its part to be performed or observed and such failure continues for 30 days after the first to occur of # the date that any Executive Officer of any Loan Party obtains actual knowledge of such breach or # the date that the Administrative Agent delivers notice to Borrower or other Loan Party of such breach; or

Section # The breach by the Company or any other Borrower, as applicable (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under [Section 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3]3]3]), of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty days after written notice from the Agent or any Lender.
