Except as expressly set forth herein, the Loan Agreement shall continue in full force and effect without alteration or amendment. This Amendment and the Loan Documents represent the entire agreement about this subject matter and supersede prior negotiations or agreements.

Except as supplemented hereby, the Loan Agreement and each other Loan Document shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect. This Agreement shall not be deemed # to be a waiver of, or consent to, or a modification or amendment of, any other term or condition of the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document or # to prejudice any right or rights which the Lender may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with the Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents or any of the instruments or agreements referred to therein, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including any replacement instrument or agreement therefor.

Except as expressly amended pursuant hereto or referenced herein, the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. Each Lender’s and Agent’s execution and delivery of, or acceptance of, this Amendment shall not be deemed to create a course of dealing or otherwise create any express or implied duty by any of them to provide any other or further amendments, consents or waivers in the future.

Except as expressly amended pursuant hereto, the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.

Section # Loan Documents. Except as herein provided, the Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed under the Credit Agreement and shall be construed in accordance with the Credit Agreement.
