Dividend Equivalents. Participant’s Unit Account referred to in Section 2 shall be credited with additional Units equivalent to the value of any dividends declared and paid on Common Stock (“Dividend Equivalents”) determined as if the Units credited to the Participant’s Unit Account were an equivalent number of shares of Common Stock, with the number of additional Units to be credited determined by the number of whole shares, and a fraction thereof, of Common Stock having a value on the date such dividend is declared equal to such dividend amount.
Dividend Equivalents. As of any date that cash dividends are paid with respect to the Common Stock from time to time, each Participant’s Stock Unit Account shall be credited with an additional number of Stock Units determined by dividing # the aggregate dollar amount of the dividends that would have been paid on the Stock Units credited to the Participant’s Stock Unit Account as of the record date for such dividend had such Stock Units been actual shares of Common Stock by # the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the dividend payment date.
Each Participant's Unit Account shall be credited with additional Units equal to the "dividend equivalent" when a cash dividend is paid on Common Shares. Such "dividend equivalent" shall be equal to a fraction where the numerator is the product of # the number of Units in such Participant's Unit Account on the date that dividends are paid multiplied by # the dividend paid per Common Share and the denominator of which is the Market Price of one Common Share calculated on the date that dividends are paid, and additional Units equal to such "dividend equivalent" shall be credited to the Participant's Unit Account. Any additional Units credited to a Participant's Unit Account as a "dividend equivalent" shall have a Payment Date or Vesting Date, as applicable, which is the same as the Payment Date or Vesting Date, as applicable, for the Units in respect of which such additional Units are credited.
