Continuation. Except as expressly amended and modified pursuant to the terms of this First Amendment, the Agreement continues in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this First Amendment and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this First Amendment shall govern. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Continuation. Except as expressly amended and modified pursuant to the terms of this Second Amendment, the Agreement continues in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Second Amendment and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Second Amendment shall govern. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Effect of Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this First Amendment, the terms and provisions stated in the Agreement, including all exhibits thereto, remain in full force and effect as amended hereby and constitute the entire agreement between the Parties relating to this matter and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings of the Parties. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms and provisions of this First Amendment shall control over and modify the inconsistent terms and provisions of the Agreement.

Effect of Amendment. Except as amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall control. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings specified in the Agreement.

Full Force and Effect. Except as expressly amended or modified by the Amendment, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and provisions as amended hereby.

Except as modified by this First Amendment, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
