Termination Date. This Plan will continue in effect until midnight on the day before the tenth anniversary of the effective date specified in Section 17.1; provided, however, that Awards granted on or before that date may extend beyond that date.

Duration of this Plan. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, this Plan shall terminate ten (10) years from the Effective Date. After this Plan is terminated, no Awards may be granted but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and this Plan’s terms and conditions.

Duration of the Plan. The Plan shall remain available for the grant of Awards until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Plan may be terminated at such earlier time as the Board may determine. Termination of the Plan will not affect the rights and obligations of the Participants and the Company arising under Awards theretofore granted and then in effect.

Section # Term of Plan. The Plan shall become effective on January 1, 2019 (theEffective Date”) and shall continue in effect, unless sooner terminated pursuant to [Section 12.2], until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date. The provisions of the Plan shall continue thereafter to govern all outstanding Awards.
