Liens. Liens. Tenant shall keep the Premises and the Building free from any liens arising out of work performed, materials furnished or obligations incurred by Tenant. Should Tenant fail to remove any such lien within ten (10) days after notice to do so from Landlord, Landlord may, in addition to any other remedies, record a bond pursuant to California Civil Code Section 8424 and all costs and obligations incurred by Landlord in so doing shall immediately become due and payable by Tenant to Landlord as Additional Rent under the Lease. Landlord shall have the right to post and keep posted on the Premises any notices that may be required or permitted by Applicable Laws, or that Landlord may deem to be proper, for the protection of Landlord and the Building from such liens.

Liens. Part B of [Schedule II] is a complete and correct list of each Lien securing Indebtedness of any Person outstanding on the Effective Date (other than Indebtedness hereunder or under any other Loan Document) covering any property of the Borrower or any other Obligor, and the aggregate principal amount of such Indebtedness secured (or that may be secured) by each such Lien and the property covered by each such Lien as of the Effective Date is correctly described in Part B of [Schedule II].
