Expenses Relating to this Agreement. Each party shall pay its or Executive's own expenses incident to the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement.

Expenses. Each party shall bear its own expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Expenses. Except as otherwise provided herein, each party agrees to pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby, the negotiations leading to the same and the preparations made for carrying the same into effect.

Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement.
