Either # create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien upon any of its property, assets, revenues or rights to receive revenues, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, or # sign or file or suffer to exist under the Uniform Commercial Code of any jurisdiction a financing statement that names the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as debtor, and any Person other than the Administrative Agent, as a secured party, nor grant a security interest in any of their property, assets, revenues or rights to receive revenues, in favor of any Person other than the Administrative Agent, other than the following:
