In the event of a conflict between the terms of any Statement of Work and the terms set forth in the body of this Agreement, the terms set forth in the body of this Agreement shall prevail unless the Statement of Work expressly states that the inconsistent term is meant to prevail over the terms of this Agreement, in which case the terms set forth in the Statement of Work shall prevail over the terms of the body of this Agreement solely for purposes of such Statement of Work.
