Notice. All notices, requests and demands (“Notice”) to or upon a Party, to be effective, shall be in writing and shall be sent: # certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; # by personal delivery against receipt; # by overnight courier; or # by email and, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, and shall be deemed to have been validly served, given, delivered and received: # on the date indicated on the receipt, when delivered by personal delivery against receipt or by certified or registered mail; # one business day after deposit with an overnight courier; or # in the case of email notice, when sent.
Notices. Any notice served by one Party upon the other shall be in writing (email being a sufficient writing) and shall be delivered personally (including by courier) or be sent by email or registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or a postal overnight courier service or FedEx or its equivalent. Such notice or document shall be deemed to have been received in the case of personal delivery when delivered or, if sent by facsimile, by postal or other overnight courier service, or via registered or certified mail, on the next business day after the date of confirmed receipt.
