Notice. All notices, requests and demands (“Notice”) to or upon a Party, to be effective, shall be in writing and shall be sent: # certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; # by personal delivery against receipt; # by overnight courier; or # by email and, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, and shall be deemed to have been validly served, given, delivered and received: # on the date indicated on the receipt, when delivered by personal delivery against receipt or by certified or registered mail; # one business day after deposit with an overnight courier; or # in the case of email notice, when sent.

Notices. Any notice served by one Party upon the other shall be in writing (email being a sufficient writing) and shall be delivered personally (including by courier) or be sent by email or registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or a postal overnight courier service or FedEx or its equivalent. Such notice or document shall be deemed to have been received in the case of personal delivery when delivered or, if sent by facsimile, by postal or other overnight courier service, or via registered or certified mail, on the next business day after the date of confirmed receipt. Any notice sent by email will be deemed given on the date of transmission. Such notice shall be addressed as follows:

All notices, requests and demands hereunder shall be in writing and deemed to have been given or made: if delivered in person, immediately upon delivery; if by facsimile transmission, immediately upon sending and upon confirmation of receipt; if by nationally recognized overnight courier service with instructions to deliver the next Business Day, one (1) Business Day after sending; and if by certified mail, return receipt requested, five (5) days after mailing. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered, sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or by private overnight mail service (e.g. Federal Express) to the party at the address set forth above or to such other address as either party may hereafter give notice of in accordance with the provisions hereof. Notices shall be deemed given on the sooner of the date actually received or the third business day after sending.

Notices. All notices, requests, demands and other communications called for hereunder will be in writing and will be deemed given # on the date of delivery if delivered personally or by electronic mail; # one (1) day after being sent overnight by a well-established commercial overnight service, or # four (4) days after being mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, prepaid and addressed to the Parties or their successors at the following addresses, or at such other addresses as the Parties may later designate in writing:

All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given: # upon personal delivery to the party to be notified, # when sent by confirmed electronic mail or facsimile if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, if not, then on the next business day, # five (5) days after having been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or # one (1) day after deposit with a nationally recognized overnight courier, specifying next day delivery, with written verification of receipt.
