NOTICE. For the purposes of the Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given on the date hand delivered or the date mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Executive at his residence address and to the Corporation directed to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the address of the respective party set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notices to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. Notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when # personally delivered or # mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement; provided that all notice to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. General. Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid. In the case of Executive, mailed notices will be addressed to him or her at the home address which he or she most recently communicated to the Company in writing. In the case of the Company, mailed notices will be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices will be directed to the attention of its General Counsel.

Notices. All notices and all other communications provided for in the Agreement shall be in writing and addressed # if to the Company, # at its principal office address or such other address as it may have designated by written notice to the Executive for purposes hereof, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company or # to the company electronic mail address of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and # if to the Executive, # at the Executive’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as the Executive may have designated to the Company in writing for purposes hereof or # to the Executive’s company electronic mail address. Each such notice or other communication shall be deemed to have been duly given when # delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or # when electronic evidence of electronic mail transmission is received, except that any notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notices. Notices under this Agreement must be in writing and will be deemed to have been given when personally delivered or two days after mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid. Mailed notices to Executive will be addressed to Executive at the home address which Executive has most recently communicated to the Company in writing. Notices to the Company will be addressed to the Chairman of the Board at the Company’s corporate headquarters.

Notices. Any notices, requests, demands and other communications provided for by this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed given when delivered in person or by a nationally recognized overnight courier service or by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the Executive at the last address the Executive has filed in writing with the Company or, in the case of the Company, at its main offices, attention of the Board.

Notices. All communications provided for herein shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or five (5) business days after having been mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company (to the attention of the Secretary of the Company) at its principal executive office and to the Executive at his/her principal residence, or to such other address as any parry may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of a change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Method of Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered, sent by overnight courier or by facsimile with confirmation of receipt or on the third business day after being mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Company at its principal office address and facsimile number, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of Company, and to Executive at Executive’s residence address, personal email address provided by Executive to Company, and facsimile number, if any, on the records of Company or to such other address as either Party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.
