Content. The Parties shall conduct each Research Program for each Janssen Antigen during the Antigen Research Term pursuant to a comprehensive written research plan (each, a “Research Plan”).
“Research Program” means, with respect to a Janssen Antigen, a program to be conducted by the Parties for the research and development of Collaboration Candidate(s) (including any Next Generation Candidate(s)) pursuant to the Research Plan for such Janssen Antigen.
