Interpretation. For purposes of this Agreement, references to the masculine gender shall include feminine and neuter genders and entities. Where a reference in this Agreement is made to a Section or Exhibit, such reference shall be to a Section of, or Exhibit to this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. Whenever the words “include,” “includes” or “including” are used in this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.” References to a “party” or “parties” shall mean the Company, YourSpace and/or Shareholders, as applicable. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement.

Interpretation. The definitions of the terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context shall require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. When a reference is made in this Agreement to an Exhibit or Schedule, such reference shall be to an Exhibit or Schedule to this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. When a reference is made in this Agreement to Sections or subsections, such reference shall be to a Section or subsection of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated the words “include,” “includes” and “including” when used herein shall be deemed in each case to be followed by the words “without limitation.” The table of contents and headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Reference to the Subsidiaries of an entity shall be deemed to include all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of such entity.

Whenever the term “include” or “including” is used in this Agreement, it shall mean “including, without limitation,” (whether or not such language is specifically set forth) and shall not be deemed to limit the range of possibilities to those items specifically enumerated. The words “hereof”, “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision. Terms defined in the singular have a comparable meaning when used in the plural and vice versa. As used in this Agreement, the word “or” shall not be exclusive, and the masculine, feminine or neuter gender shall be deemed to include the others whenever the context so indicates or requires. All references herein to a “party” or “parties” are to a party or parties to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

The term “or” is used in its inclusive sense (“and/or”). The terms “Dollars” and “$” shall mean United States Dollars.
