Attorney Representation. All parties hereto acknowledge that they have each been represented by independent counsel of their own choice throughout all of the negotiations which preceded and resulted in the execution of this Agreement.

Each of the Parties acknowledges that they have been, or have had the opportunity to be, represented by independent counsel of their own choice throughout all negotiations that have preceded the execution of this Agreement and that they have executed this Agreement after having had, or having had the opportunity to have, the advice of their independent counsel.

Legal Representation. All of the parties to this Agreement acknowledge that they have been advised that they should seek and have had the opportunity to seek counsel to review this Agreement and to obtain the advice of such counsel relating thereto.
