All pronouns, whether in masculine, feminine or neuter form, shall be deemed to refer to the object of such pronoun whether same is masculine, feminine or neuter in gender, as the context may suggest or require. All terms used herein, whether or not defined herein and whether used in singular or plural form, shall be deemed to refer to the object of such term whether such is singular or plural in nature, as the context may suggest or require.

Construction. This Plan shall be administered and interpreted in accordance with Section 409A and the Regulations. Accordingly, no provision hereof shall be construed in any manner that would violate [Section 409A] or the Regulations, nor shall any provision of the Plan inconsistent with Section 409A or the Regulations be valid or given any effect whatever.
