Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including the Appendix) constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, supersedes any prior understandings or agreements with respect to such subject matter, and the Parties agree and affirm that there are no agreements, understanding, restrictions, representations or warranties between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement other than those set forth or provided in this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to such subject matter, and the Parties hereto have made no agreements, representations or warranties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement which are not set forth herein.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including any documents referred to herein) constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or among the Parties, written or oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and preempts any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or between the Parties, written or oral, which may have related in any manner to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the specific subject matter of this Agreement.

Each of the Parties to this Agreement confirms that this Agreement and the Appendices (which are hereby incorporated) and the documents referred to in it represent the entire understanding and constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, agent, employee or representative of either of the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that in entering into this Agreement no such party has relied on any representation or undertaking (whether or not in writing) except as expressly incorporated into this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both oral and written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and there are no other agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations or warranties among the parties other than those set forth herein.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes and contains the entire agreement and understanding by and between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any and all prior negotiations, agreements or understandings relating thereto.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the Parties with respect to such subject matter.
