Consolidated Secured Total Debt”: at any date Consolidated Total Debt secured by a Lien.

Consolidated Secured Debt” means at any date, Consolidated Total Debt at such date that is secured by a Lien on any property of any Group Member.

Consolidated Secured Debt” means, as at any date of determination, the Consolidated Total Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries that is secured by Liens on any of the assets of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Consolidated Secured Debt” means, as to any Person at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Consolidated Total Debt outstanding on such date that is secured by a Lien on the Collateral.

Consolidated Total Secured Net Debt” means, as of any date of determination, Consolidated Net Debt that is secured by a Lien on any asset or property of any Loan Party or any Restricted Subsidiary.

Consolidated Secured Indebtedness” means, as of any date of determination, Consolidated Total Indebtedness secured by Liens on any asset or other property of the Borrower and/or its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Consolidated Secured Debt” means, as to any Person at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Consolidated Total Debt outstanding on such date that is secured by the Collateral.

Consolidated Secured Indebtedness” means, at any time, the portion of Consolidated Total Indebtedness that is Secured Indebtedness.

Consolidated Senior Secured Debt” means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Consolidated Indebtedness outstanding on such date that is secured by a Lien (other than Permitted Liens) on assets of Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary.

Consolidated Secured Indebtedness” means, at any time, the portion of Consolidated Total Indebtedness at such time that is Secured Indebtedness.
