Secured Net Leverage Ratio” means, as of any date, the ratio of # Consolidated Secured Net Debt as of such date to # Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the Test Period most recently ended on or prior to such date.

Secured Net Leverage Ratio” means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of # Consolidated Secured Net Debt outstanding as of the last day of such Test Period to # Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA of the for such Test Period.

“Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio” means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) (i) Consolidated Secured Indebtedness as of such date minus # all Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents as of such date, to # Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio” shall mean, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of # Consolidated Secured Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to # Consolidated EBITDA of Lead Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such Test Period, in each case, calculated on a Pro Forma Basis.

Total Secured Net Leverage Ratio” means, as of any date, the ratio of Consolidated Secured Net Debt as of such date to Consolidated EBITDA for the most recent four fiscal quarter period for which Required Financial Statements have been delivered, calculated on a Pro Forma Basis.

Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio” means, with respect to any four-quarter period, the ratio of # Consolidated Secured Net Debt as of the last day of such period to # Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period.
