Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrower shall maintain at all times, measured at each fiscal quarter end, a Total Leverage Ratio less than or equal to 4.5:1.0.
Section # Leverage Ratio. Beginning with the Fiscal Quarter ending September 30, 2017, the Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, permit its Leverage Ratio to be greater than 4.0 to 1.0.
Maximum Leverage Ratio. Borrowers shall not permit the Leverage Ratio, tested quarterly based on Borrowers' internal financial statements, to be 3.50 to 1.00 or more, commencing as of the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2023.
Total Leverage Ratio. The Parent shall not suffer or permit the Total Leverage Ratio to exceed 4.50 to 1.00 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Parent.
