Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio” means, as of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the ratio of Consolidated Total Funded Debt as of such day to Consolidated EBITDA for the Measurement Period then ended.

Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio”: as of any date of determination thereof, the ratio of # Consolidated Funded Debt on such day to # Consolidated EBITDA for the Test Period most recently ended.

Consolidated Leverage Ratio” means on any date, the ratio of # Consolidated Total Debt on such date to # Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters most recently ended on or prior to such date.

Total Leverage Ratio” means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of # Consolidated Total Debt as of the last day of the Test Period most recently ended on or prior to such date of determination to # Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

Consolidated Leverage Ratio” means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of # Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to # Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

Total Leverage Ratio” means on any date of determination, the ratio of # Consolidated Total Debt on such date to # Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended on or prior to such date.

Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio” means, with respect to any four-quarter period, the ratio of # Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such period to # Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period.
