Consideration Period. Executive acknowledges that this Release constitutes a knowing and voluntary waiver of any and all rights or claims that Executive has or may have under the Federal Age Discrimination In Employment Act, as amended by the Older Workers’ Benefit Protection Act of 1990, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. This paragraph and this Release are written in a manner calculated to be understood by Executive. Executive acknowledges that in return for this Release, he will receive compensation beyond that to which he was already entitled to receive before entering into this Release. Executive is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney before signing this Release. Executive acknowledges that he has had a reasonable time of up to 21 days in which to consider signing this Release. If Executive decides not to use all 21 days, Executive knowingly and voluntarily waives any claims that Executive was not given the 21-day period or did not use the entire 21 days to consider this Release. Executive may revoke this Release at any time within the 7-day period following the date Executive signs this Release by delivering a written statement of revocation to the Board. This Release shall not become effective or enforceable until 12:01 a.m. on the 8th day after Executive signs the Release.

Consideration Period. Dangel has 21 calendar days from the date the original Agreement was given to him, April 5, 2020, to consider this Agreement before signing it. The 21 day period expires on April 26, 2020. Dangel may use as much or as little of this 21 day period as Dangel wishes before signing. If Dangel does not sign and return this Agreement within this 21 day period, it shall not become effective or enforceable and Dangel shall not receive all of the benefits described in this Agreement.

Consideration Period. In compliance with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, Executive has been advised to consult with counsel and has twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date the Agreement was given to him to consider this Agreement before signing it. Executive may use as much or as little of this twenty-one (21) day period as he wishes before signing. If Executive does not sign and return this Agreement to Digimarc within this twenty-one (21) day period, this Agreement will be null and void, and he will not receive any of the consideration described in this Agreement.

Consideration Period. IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: # YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED IN WRITING TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, # YOU HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND UNDERSTANDS THAT IT CONTAINS A FULL AND FINAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 6 AGAINST THE RELEASEES AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE UNDER ADEA; # YOU ARE NOT WAIVING ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS UNDER ADEA THAT ARISE AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT; # YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) CALENDAR DAYS TO CONSIDER THE MATTERS MEMORIALIZED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND # YOU WILL, BY EXECUTING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT, RECEIVE CONSIDERATION

Consideration Period. You acknowledge that you have been provided with a period of at least twenty-one (21) days to consider the terms of this offer from the date this Agreement first was presented to you. You agree that any changes to this offer, whether material or immaterial, will not restart the running of the 21-day period.

Consideration Period. The Employee acknowledges and understands that the Employee has a period of up to forty-five (45) days from receipt of this Agreement to consider its terms, although the Employee need not take that long, and that the Employee hereby waives any and all additional rights to any further review period. If the Employee has not executed this Agreement and returned it to the Employer within forty-five (45) days, this Agreement will be cancelled and will have no effect.

Consideration Period. Employee acknowledges that Employee has been given a period of at least 14 days within which to consider the Agreement, and the Parties agree that any changes to any prior draft of this Agreement, whether material or immaterial, have not re-started the running of this period.

Consideration Period. Menon has 21 calendar days from the date the original Agreement was given to him, September 8, 2020, to consider this Agreement before signing it. The 21-day period expires on September 29, 2020. Menon may use as much or as little of this 21-day period as Menon wishes before signing. If Menon does not sign and return this Agreement within this 21-day period, it shall not become effective or enforceable and Menon shall not receive all of the benefits described in this Agreement.

Consideration Period. Employee will have twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date Employee receives this Agreement to consider its terms and decide whether to sign it. This period is designed to allow Employee time to consult with an attorney, or anyone else whose advice Employee may need or want. If this Agreement is not signed by Employee prior to the conclusion of the twenty-one (21) calendar day period described above, then the Company’s offer to Employee, as contained in this Agreement, shall expire. In addition, Employee acknowledges that should he sign and return this Agreement within the 21-day period identified in this Section 18, he is knowingly waiving whatever additional time he may have up to the conclusion of the 21-day period for consideration of this Agreement.
