Consequential Damages. Except as expressly provided in this Lease, neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be liable to the other for consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Special Damages. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Landlord ever be liable hereunder for punitive damages, consequential damages or special damages. Except to the extent of Tenant’s liability for consequential damages and special damages pursuant to Section 22.2, under no circumstances whatsoever shall Tenant ever be liable hereunder for consequential, special or punitive damages.
