Other Consequential Changes. Without prejudice to the respective liabilities of the Borrowers to the Lenders and the Multicurrency Swing Loan Banks and the Lenders and the Multicurrency Swing Loan Banks to the Borrowers under or pursuant to this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Section, each provision of this Agreement shall be subject to such reasonable changes of construction as the ​ may from time to time reasonably specify to be necessary or appropriate to reflect the introduction of or changeover to Euros in Participating Member States.

Without prejudice to the respective liabilities of the BorrowersBorrower to the LendersIssuing Bank and the Multicurrency Swing Loan Banks and the Lenders and the Multicurrency Swing Loan BanksIssuing Bank to the BorrowersBorrower under or pursuant to this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Section, each provision of this Agreement shall be subject to such reasonable changes of construction as the ​Issuing Bank may from time to timetime, in consultation with the Borrower, reasonably specify to be necessary or appropriate to reflect the introduction of or changeover to Eurosthe Euro in any country that becomes a Participating Member States.State after the Effective Date; provided that the Issuing Bank shall provide the Borrower with prior notice of the proposed change with an explanation of such change in sufficient time to permit the Borrower an opportunity to respond to such proposed change.
