Violation of Agreement. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, if I am the prevailing party I shall be able to recover from the Company my reasonable attorney fees and costs. If the Company is the prevailing party, then each party shall bear its own costs and expenses. The parties agree that Illinois law will apply to the interpretation of this Agreement, that exclusive venue shall exist with the federal and state courts located in or having jurisdiction over DuPage County, Illinois and that they will waive their rights to a jury trial.
