Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received a consent fee, for the account of each applicable Lender (including [[Administrative Agent:Organization]]) consenting to this Amendment (each, a “Consenting Lender”), in an amount equal to 0.15% of such Consenting Lender’s Commitment as set forth on Exhibit A to this Amendment (“Exhibit A”), payable on the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date.

Consent Fee. Consent Fee. Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received(i) a consent fee,fee of $10,000 for the account of each applicable Lender (including [[Administrative Agent:Organization]]) consentingBank that consents to this Amendment (each,(each such Bank, a “Consenting Lender”Bank”), in an amount equalwhich shall be payable to 0.15%the Administrative Agent for the accounts of suchthe Consenting Lender’s Commitment as set forth on Exhibit A to this Amendment (“Exhibit A”), payable​ on the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date.Date and # all other fees, costs and expenses due and payable to the Administrative Agent, any arranger or any Bank in connection with this Amendment, including the fees, charges and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent, to the extent invoiced prior to the date hereof.
