Transfer of Personal Data. The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the RSUs awarded under this RSU Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary Corporation) of any personal data information related to the PSUs awarded under this PSU Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the RSUs awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

Transfer of Personal Data. In order to facilitate the administration of this Award, it will be necessary for the Company Group to collect, hold, and process certain personal information about the Participant. As a condition of accepting this Award, the Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the Company Group collecting, using, disclosing, holding and processing personal data and transferring such data to third parties (collectively, the “Data Recipients”) for the primary purpose of the Participant’s participation in, and the general administration of, the Plan and to the transmission by the Company Group of any personal data information related to the RSUs awarded under this Award Agreement, as required in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Plan (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan) out of the Participant’s home country and including to countries with less data protection than the data protection provided by the Participant’s home country. This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been informed that upon request, the Company will provide the name or title and contact information for an officer or employee of the Company Group who is able to answer questions about the collection, use and disclosure of personal data information.

Personal Data. Within ​ days of the Effective Date, and prior to collection, use, transfer, disclosure or any other Processing of Personal Data in the performance of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into a supplemental agreement that establishes each Party’s respective obligations, including, but not limited to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “Data Processing Agreement”). Such Data Processing Agreement shall be incorporated herein by reference.

Pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws, the Company and the Employer hereby notify you of the following in relation to your Personal Data (defined below) and the collection, processing and transfer in electronic or other form of such Personal Data in relation to the grant of the Units and your participation in the Plan. The collection, processing and transfer of your Personal Data is necessary for the legitimate purpose of the Company and the Employer’s administration of the Plan and your participation in the Plan, and your denial and/or objection to the collection, processing and transfer of Personal Data may affect your participation in the Plan. As such, by accepting the Award, you acknowledge the collection, use, processing and transfer of Personal Data as described herein.
